About the Caputo Clan

hocus-pocus-1000x500.png

The Caputo Clan is a Witchcraft tradition started by the Caputo family and the Campbell Clan. The tradition was built on the teachings learned from generations passing it down to other generations. The Caputo Clan tradition wasn't publicly known until the 1950's following Gerald Gardner's confession to practicing Witchcraft. The Caputo Clan did not start accepting new members until 2015 and there is currently only 4 Covens that follow the tradition in the United States, with none outside of the USA. All the teachings are built from scientific facts and knowledge. This is a Eclectic tradition with teachings from the Celtic and Italian traditions, along with some traditional Wicca and Witchcraft practices. This is a oath bound tradition and all members must be properly initiated into a Coven after extensive training and studying. This tradition offers an opportunity for any and all members to earn degrees and a clergy title. This tradition defends all LGBTQ+ community members and all races, and excepts them into the tradition and Covens. This is not a hate filled tradition. We are all about treating others with respect, but will not back down when degraded. Our tradition works with various ceremonial magick. We do believe and follow the Wiccan Rede "An it harm none, do what thou wilt" but we also do believe in serving the karma that one deserves, good or bad. We are both a robed and Skyclad tradition, meaning you choose what you are comfortable with. It is a female ran tradition due to the main Patron being the triple Goddess, even though we do recognize and have a High Priest involved as well, but we work mostly with the Maiden, Mother, and Crone aspect. Our patron Goddesses are Branwen-Goddess of love and beauty and the Maiden phase, Eriu-Goddess of Fertility and the Mother phase, and Morrigan-Goddess of war and death and is the Crone phase. Our higher positions consist of the Maiden (assistant), Mother (High Priestess), Crone (Council), and High Priest.
